We chose Aara Venus Ababil Heritage mainly for its proximity to Sri Venkateswara Vidhyalaya, which is practically at our dootep. That was a huge relief for us. The children's play area is also a good addition, keeping the kids occupied. We got a 2 BHK apartment, around 1000 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family of four. The 24x7 water supply is also something we appreciate. While the project is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us, the overall construction feels a bit dated, given it was completed in 2013. Still, the location and amenities for kids are great.
