It's located in Ayappakkam, close to Poonamalle High Road, making our commute to the IT corridor manageable. The price was within our budget, around 36 Lakhs. The construction looks solid and we liked the gazebo area for relaxing. We moved in about two months ago. The only small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.
