The 615 Sq.ft plot size is manageable for my needs. Valli Mayil Properties Pvt Ltd delivered this project, ready to move in since December 2023. The location in Ayappakkam is relatively quiet compared to the city center. While the price of 33.83 Lakh for a smaller plot is acceptable, I was a bit disappointed that the Occupation Certificate was not available yet. However, the 24x7 water supply and recreation facilities are definite plus points for a comfortable retired life.
