The location in Ayappakkam is relatively quiet compared to the city center. While the price of 33.83 Lakh for a smaller plot is acceptable, I was a bit disappointed that the Occupation Certificate was not available yet. However, the 24x7 water supply and recreation facilities are definite plus points for a comfortable retired life.
