We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Propterry Baya seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and offedecent apartment sizes. We looked at the 1 BHK, which is 605 sq.ft. The location near the Ajmer - Jaipur Highway is convenient for our commutes to work. It’s also good that Thikariya Mod Bus Stop is just a 7-minute walk away, which might be useful for guests. The project was completed in December 2019. The overall construction quality appeasolid. We just hope the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run.

The 883 sq.ft 2 BHK layout is quite spacious for us, and having a shopping mall within the project is a big convenience. It's great that Maharani Global School is so close for future planning. The location on NH-8 is good for commuting. So far, the construction quality seems decent and we haven't faced any major issues. The completion date was December 2019, so it’s been built for a little while, which is good as any initial settling issues would have been resolved.
