The project is located in Bagru, directly on NH-8, which is very convenient for us as we travel frequently. Bhardwaj Hospital is also located nearby, which is a major plus for us. The project is under construction, with an expected completion date of September 2027. While the location is good, the sheer volume of construction activity means there's a lot of dust and noise, which can be challenging with young children. We are hoping that Unique Buildewill implement measures to control this. The variety of housing types, including villas and bungalows, is also appealing.
