Looking for a plot investment in Jaipur, I found SManokamna Paradise. The price point of 2.38 Lakh onwards for a 446 Sq.ft plot is quite attractive for the area. SGroup Jaipur has a decent reputation, and the location in Bagru, near NH-8, offegood connectivity. It is ready to move, which is a plus. The amenities like landscaped gardens and a community hall are good additions. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which can sometimes create issues with future construction loans or resale. Also, 446 sq.ft is a bit small if you are thinking of building a substantial home. It feels more like a small getaway plot.

We were looking for a small weekend getaway plot near Jaipur and SManokamna Paradise seemed like a good option. The 446 Sq.ft plots are priced affordably at 2.38 Lakh onwards. The fact that it's a gated community with amenities like a swimming pool and community hall is appealing. It's ready to move, which means we could potentially start planning our small structure soon. The location near NH-8 in Bagru is reasonably connected. On the downside, the road access to the project might be a concern; we noticed a narrow lane leading to it. Also, the surrounding area seemed a bit dusty during our visit, typical for plots near highways.

We bought a plot here at SManokamna Paradise mainly because it’s a gated community with a swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The price of 2.38 Lakh for the 446 Sq.ft plot was within our budget for a small investment. It’s ready to move, which is nice. The location in Bagru, close to NH-8, is convenient for travel. However, the nearest school, MG English International School, is nearby, which means we would need transport for the kids. The Jaipur Airport is also a considerable nearby distance. While the developer, SGroup Jaipur, has finished the project, the absence of OC is a bit concerning for future planning. We are hoping for good infrastructure development in the area around the project.
