Finding a home near a good school was our priority for the kids. MG English International School is nearby, which is fantastic. We chose a 2 BHK flat here, the 500 square feet carpet area is just enough for our family of three. It was ready to move, which saved us a lot of time. The location in Adah Colony, Bagru, is decent and close to NH 8. We looked at a few other options but the proximity to the school and the price range of 16-18 Lakh for a 2 BHK made Carpet Plus E a strong contender. The building looks okay, and the basic necessities are covered.
