I am buying a 2 BHK in Pristine Garduar for my parents who live in Pune. They wanted something ready to move in a good locality like Wakad. The 1100 sq.ft size is perfect for them. I checked the amenities and they have 24x7 water supply and a lift, which is essential. The price of 1.05 Cr for a 2 BHK is reasonable. The project by Pristine Developeis quite old, completed in 2004, but it seems well-maintained. My parents also liked the landscaping and the spectacular view of the national park mentioned. They are looking forward to using the clubhouse. I've heard the traffic can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's part of living in a developed area.
