Bought a 2 BHK flat here for my family. The price of 68 Lakhs was within our budget for Pune. The carpet area is 655 sq.ft, which is decent. It's ready to move, which was important for us. The proximity to Podar International School is great for my kids. However, the traffic getting into Wakad during peak houcan be a bit much. Also, the proposed metro station is still a ways off at nearby. The Prashant Rekha developer seems to have focused on basic amenities like 24x7 water and proper drainage systems. The fire fighting system is also in place.

Having Jupiter Hospital and Podar International School just moments away is incredibly convenient. The construction was completed in June 2021, and it's ready to move in. One minor issue is that the road leading to the main Shankar Kalat Nagar area can get congested during school drop-off and pick-up times. However, the 24x7 water supply and the sewage treatment plant are definite positives.
