I decided to settle in MSK Vaha Greens after retirement. The ready to move status was appealing, and the completion date of March 2009 means it's an established property. The swimming pool and cycling track are great for staying active. Having a power backup is essential, especially during monsoons, and this project provides it. The landscaping and tree planting contribute to a serene environment, which I value highly. The security is also quite diligent. My only minor issue is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low on warmer days, but it's generally acceptable. It’s a quiet place to live.

Its location near Mysore road and relatively close to Kengeri (2.1 km) and Pattanagere Metro Station (2.8 km) offegood connectivity. The amenities provided include a swimming pool, cycling track, and crucially, 24x7 security and power backup. Landscaping and tree planting add to the appeal. While the property has appreciated moderately, the rental yield is decent due to the location's demand. However, the lack of modern amenities found in newer constructions is noticeable. Also, the flat sizes, though not explicitly available, felt standard for that era. I'm hoping for continued appreciation in this area.

Moving into MSK Vaha Greens was a good decision for me. Being close to Gleneagles BGS Hospital is a significant advantage, and the proximity to Pattanagere Metro Station, nearby, is very useful for my daily commute. The availability of a lift makes life easier, and the 24x7 security is reassuring when I'm not home. I also appreciate the landscaping, which makes the complex feel pleasant. The rain water harvesting system is a thoughtful addition. However, the traffic on Mysore road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. Overall, it's a decent place for a single peon.

We chose MSK Vaha Greens primarily because of its proximity to VSS International Public School. The location in Sri Krishna Garden Layout, RR Nagar is quite accessible from Mysore road.
