We are looking at a 3 BHK, which offea built-up area of 1311 sq.ft to 1478 sq.ft, much better than our rental place. The location near The Choice School is perfect for our kids. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The price range of 39.52 L to 51.73 L is manageable for us with a home loan. We liked the children's play area and the swimming pool. The Vastu compliant aspect was also important. The surrounding area is developing well.
