After retirement, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down. Siddhi Lakshmi Prabha in Thripunithura seemed like a good option. I purchased a 2 BHK flat, around 959 square feet. The completion date was back in 2011, so it's an established property. The price was reasonable, falling in the lower bracket of their offerings, around 30.69 Lakhs. The gymnasium is a nice facility to have within the premises. My main reservation is the lack of readily available information regarding the Occupancy Certificate (OC). I prefer to have all documentation in order, especially at this stage of life. Siddhi Homes should provide better clarity on this.

I recently bought a 2 BHK flat in Siddhi Lakshmi Prabha, around 970 square feet. The price was about 32 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move-in property in Kochi. Being close to the Ettumanoor-Ernakulam Road makes travel quite easy. The project by Siddhi Homes is located in Thripunithura, a decent locality. My primary concern is the noise from the nearby main roads, especially during the day. It can be quite disruptive. The gymnasium is a good amenity, though. I’m hoping the soundproofing is adequate, or I might need to invest in better windows. Otherwise, the flat size and location are suitable for my needs.

The price for this configuration goes up to 55.33 Lakhs. The key advantage for us was its proximity to The Choice School, literally a minute away, making the morning school run much simpler. We also liked that it is ready to move in, and the construction by Siddhi Homes seemed solid from our initial inspection. The area offegood connectivity via NH-47A and the Ettumanoor-Ernakulam Road. However, the dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing developments were noticeable during our site visits. We hope this improves once those projects are completed.
