The 3 BHK villa is quite large at 2222 square feet, which is more than enough for me and my wife. The jogging track and swimming pool are excellent facilities for staying active. The location in Thripunithura is also good, with essential places like The Choice School and Welcare Hospital nearby, although finding the hospital was a bit confusing initially. The price of 1.71 Crore onwards is substantial, but the amenities and the ready-to-move status of the villa are compelling. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. I particularly appreciate the multipurpose room which I plan to use for my hobbies.
