I looked at a 2 BHK flat, around 985 square feet. The price was in the 41 Lakh range, which felt reasonable for the location and the fact that it was completed in March 2015. The availability of a lift is helpful, and I liked the landscaping they did around the building. The nearby roads are decent for getting around locally. It’s not too far from the main highway either. My only slight concern is that I haven't seen the OC documents yet, which I will need to check on.
