The location in Nanekarwadi, Chakan is peaceful and has good basic amenities nearby like the Savata Mali Mandir Bus Stop which is a short distance. The flat size is decent, around 535 square feet carpet area. The price was in our budget, roughly 30 Lakh. We appreciated the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The 24/7 water supply and lift facilities are very convenient for us now. Milestone Developedelivered this property quite some time ago, in 2012.
