The location in Chakan is developing nicely, with schools and educational institutes nearby. The Pune-Nashik Road is also accessible, which is good for travel. My only reservation is the open parking; I hope they manage it well as more people move in. Otherwise, the sewage treatment plant and rain water harvesting show good planning.
