I chose this location in Chikkalasandra, KSRTC Layout because it's close to the Banashankari Metro Station, just a five minute commute. The 980 square feet space is good for starting out. The price of 44.1 Lakh onwards felt achievable for a ready to move apartment. I visited the site several times and the construction quality seems solid. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper was helpful during the paperwork. My only slight worry is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
