    Moving to Bangalore for work, I needed a place quickly. Laavanya SV Highlands offered ready to move apartments. The 3 BHK, 1385 square feet, provides ample space. The price of 55.4 Lakh for the larger unit is reasonable considering the amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The Chikkalasandra location is accessible via the Outer Ring Road, although Bellary road is about 1.5 houaway which is a bit far. Maharaja Agrasen Hospital is also 1.5 houaway, so not very close for emergencies. I found the overall project decent for a fresh start.
