    We just moved into our 2 BHK at Mahaghar Sagar Deep. The apartment size is good, around 1280 square feet, giving us enough space. Being ready to move was key for us. Mahaghar Properties has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and maintenance staff, which is great. The proximity to Doddakallasandra Metro Station, a short distance, is a huge plus for our daily commute to work. Our only gripe is the parking situation; it feels a bit tight if you have guests over with caAlso, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a little annoying sometimes. Otherwise, it's a comfortable place.

The area of Chikkalasandra, Kuvempu Nagar is developing. It's close to Sri Chaitanya School which is just a short distance, and Vasavi Hospital is a short distance. The Doddakallasandra Metro Station is also a 7 minute commute, which is good for connectivity. My main concern is the proximity to the Outer Ring Road, which is nearby. While it offeaccess, traffic can be bad. Still, for the price point and immediate possession, I feel it’s a reasonable investment.
