While the immediate access to the main road could be better, the overall connectivity via the nearby metro station, Doddakallasandra Metro Station at nearby, is decent for getting around the city. We chose MPN Tranquil Altius because it's so close to Bangalore International Public School, literally a 5-minute walk. That was the main deciding factor for us with two young kids. The area in Chikkalasandra is developing well, and it’s ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after purchase. We looked at a few other places, but the proximity to the school was unbeatable. Getting to Vasari Hospital is also not too far, nearby. My only concern is that during peak hou, the traffic getting onto the main road can be a bit slow. But overall, the convenience for the children makes it worthwhile.
