I purchased a 2 BHK in Kushal Swarnali C4 for my parents who live in Pune. The carpet area is around 546 sq.ft, giving them comfortable living space. The location in Nanekarwadi, Chakan, offea peaceful environment. It's ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after completion in June 2022. The price was within the 30-34 Lakh range, which seemed appropriate. I appreciated the inclusion of recreation facilities and rainwater harvesting systems. My parents mentioned that parking can be a bit tight if they have visitowith ca, but generally, it's manageable for their needs. Kushal Landmarks seems to have provided good basic infrastructure.

Kushal Swarnali C4 is ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. They have solid waste management and internal roads, which are good basic amenities. The price was around 30 Lakhs, fitting my budget. The only slight issue is that the internal roads within the society can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but nothing major.
