We chose Kalcon Zenone for our family because it's ready to move and has a dedicated Children's Play Area. Our 2 BHK is 1080 sq.ft. The location is good, with Spardha School Of Music very close by, and Jupiter Hospital is also right there. The price was around 1.1 Cr. We liked that Kalcon Infrastructure included a Swimming Pool and a Gymnasium. The Fountains add a nice ambiance. The only issue is that the road leading to the project can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby.
