We chose Gulmohar Park Phase 1 Phase 2 because it's close to Podar International School - Pune (Chakan), which is nearby. The 2 BHK apartments offer a carpet area between 584 sq.ft to 652 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family. Having recreation facilities and a community building is great for the kids. The developer, G G Builde, has also included a temple on the premises. The only downside is that the construction is ongoing, and there might be some noise from nearby construction sites. The completion date is December 2028. We are also looking forward to the storm water drains being properly implemented.

We were looking for a 2 BHK in the Chakan area and found Gulmohar Park Phase 1 Phase 2. The carpet area for the 2 BHK starts from 584 sq.ft which is decent. My partner liked the jogging track and the gymnasium. It's good that they have a fire fighting system in place. The Talegaon-Chakan Road nearby is convenient. However, the area can get dusty with all the ongoing construction, which is a bit of a concern for us. The completion is still some time away, December 2028. Overall, it seems like a good option for starting out.
