We were looking for a spacious apartment and settled on a 3 BHK in Frontline Seven, Kokapet. The built-up area of 2185 sq.ft is fantastic, offering plenty of room for our family. The developer, Frontline BuildeHyderabad, has included some really nice amenities, especially the preview theatre and the luxurious spa salon, which are great for unwinding. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are reliable. The location is decent, though getting to Raidurg Metro Station at nearby takes a bit of time. Parking in the two cellais dedicated, which is a relief. However, the price point, reaching up to 2.14 Cr for the larger units, is quite steep, making it a significant investment.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Frontline Seven and it's been pretty good so far. The built-up area is around 1340 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for us. Location in Kokapet is convenient, especially with the Nehru Outer Ring road nearby for commutes. The massive 40,000 sq.ft clubhouse is a big draw, we've already used the gym a couple of times. Security seems tight with 24x7 CCTV and an intercom system. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak houOtherwise, it's a nice place to live.
