  I bought a 2 BHK here mainly for investment purposes. The area in Kokapet is developing well and I believe property values will increase. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is around 1290 to 1400 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for the price point. It was ready to move in since 2015, so no waiting time. Gauthami Green Blossoms by Abhiteja Constructions offedecent amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The price was within my budget at about 50 Lakhs. I’m hoping for good rental yields in the coming yeaThe location is close to the Nehru Outer Ring road, which is convenient for connectivity.

  I analyzed several projects before selecting Gauthami Green Blossoms. My primary concern was the developer's track record, and Abhiteja Constructions had completed projects by 2015. I opted for a 2 BHK of 1350 sq.ft, priced at approximately 52 Lakhs. The size is adequate for my needs. The project offea jogging track and a park, which are good for a healthy lifestyle. While the project is ready to move, I noticed the OC details were not readily available, which is something to consider. However, the close proximity to the Nehru Outer Ring road is a significant advantage for commuting.

  I was looking for a decent home within a budget, and Gauthami Green Blossoms had options in the 47 Lakh range for a 2 BHK. The built-up area is around 1290 sq.ft, which is manageable. The project is from 2015, so it's established. Abhiteja Constructions provided basic amenities like a swimming pool and car parking. However, the OC details were not available, which is a slight concern. Also, the access road to the project could be better maintained, it felt a bit dusty when I visited. Despite these minor issues, the price point and the availability of essential facilities make it a reasonable choice.

  We needed a home close to our children's school, and Gauthami Green Blossoms fits the bill. It's close to Phoenix Greens School of Learning. We got a 3 BHK, which is quite large, around 2335 sq.ft, giving our kids ample space to play. The price was at the higher end, about 86 Lakhs, but the size and location justified it for us. The project has a dedicated children's play area and a park, which the kids love. It's also good that it has power backup, as disruptions can be difficult with kids. Abhiteja Constructions has included a good number of amenities.

The price was in the higher range, about 75 Lakhs, but the amenities like the clubhouse, indoor games, and party lawn are excellent for entertaining guests. It’s ready to move, which was a priority. The location in Kokapet is decent, though sometimes traffic can be a bit slow during peak hougetting onto the main roads. Abhiteja Constructions has provided good security with 24x7 guards and intercom. The apartment feels solid and well-built.
