We chose Vertex Panache because of its proximity to Phoenix Greens School of Learning, which is only nearby. We booked a 3 BHK, 1945 Sq.ft apartment. The kid's pool and the spacious living areas were major draws for us. The Amphitheater is also a nice addition for family events. While the apartment itself is great, the traffic getting onto the Outer Ring Road can be challenging during school drop-off and pick-up times, even though it’s nearby. The clubhouse has a good variety of activities for everyone. We are happy with the decision so far.

As a business owner, I needed a place that offered good amenities and connectivity. Vertex Panache in Kokapet, Gachibowli seemed promising. I bought a 1660 Sq.ft 3 BHK. The clubhouse is well-equipped with a swimming pool, spa, and indoor games. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road (6 km) is excellent for business travel. However, the price point between 1.37 Crore and 2.1 Crore felt a bit steep for a project completed in July 2015. The built-up area is good, but I expected slightly better value for money considering the age of the property. The medical store on-site is a convenient addition.

Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Continental Hospitals, I needed something close by. Vertex Panache is conveniently located, close to the hospital. I chose a 1270 Sq.ft 2 BHK unit. The built-up area is adequate for my needs. The clubhouse has a lot to offer, including a swimming pool and medical store which is handy. I am particularly interested in the spa facility. The developer, Vertex Homes, seems to have a good track record. The only slight downside is the access road to the project, which can be a bit narrow.

It feels secure with the car parking and guest room available. The location in Kokapet, Gachibowli is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houtrying to get to the Outer Ring Road which is nearby. Vertex Homes seems to have maintained the property well since it was completed in July 2015. Overall, it's a good place to live if you value convenience and amenities.

The project has a decent clubhouse with a swimming pool and indoor games. It’s located in Kokapet, near Gachibowli, which is a well-connected area. The only issue I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit botheome sometimes. Despite that, the apartment itself is spacious and well-designed. The piped gas connection is a good feature.

The construction was completed a while back, in July 2015. While the property is well-maintained, the piped gas connection is very convenient for daily cooking. The area is generally quiet, which is what we wanted. The pricing was within our expectations for a property of this size and location.

The location in Kokapet is developing, though the immediate access roads could be better maintained. It’s close to the Raidurg Metro Station, which is useful. The piped gas connection is a convenient feature we didn't have before.
