  As a government employee, I look for stability and value for money in property. Pavani Boulevard in Kokapet, Hyderabad, offeready-to-move-in villas. I looked at a 4 BHK villa with a built-up area of approximately 3806 Sq.ft. The project was completed in February 2016. The proximity to Nehru Outer Ring road, nearby, is excellent for connectivity. The price range of 6.09 Crore to 10.03 Crore is substantial, but the villa configuration and the developer, Pavani Group, are reputable. I appreciated the availability of Closed Car Parking. I am still waiting to get more clarity on the OC received status.

  I am buying this villa for my parents back in Hyderabad while I am abroad. Pavani Boulevard in Kokapet offespacious 4 BHK villas, and I chose a unit around 5000 Sq.ft. It is important that they have good facilities, so the availability of a lift and ample closed car parking was a factor. The location near MGIT College is decent. I have heard good things about Pavani Group. The price is on the higher side, between 6.09 Crore and 10.03 Crore, but peace of mind knowing my parents are in a secure complex with amenities like a swimming pool is worth it. The project was completed in February 2016.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to live. Pavani Boulevard in Kokapet seemed suitable. The 4 BHK villas offer ample space, with mine being about 4200 Sq.ft. The Yoga/Meditation Area is a great facility for relaxation. It's nice that it's ready to move in. The proximity to Phoenix Greens School of Learning at nearby is good, though I don't have kids, it indicates the area is family-friendly. The price range from 6.09 Crore is quite high for my retirement income, but the quality of construction from Pavani Group is generally good. I'm still looking into the OC status.
