We were looking for a place with good connectivity for our children's school and our commutes. Chakan Sai Homes Bldg A And B is close to P K International School, which is nearby. The Chakan S. T. Stand Bus Stop is also nearby, making travel easier. We are considering a 1.5 BHK configuration which has a carpet area between 350 and 402 square feet, offering enough space for our small family. The project offefire protection and safety measures which gives us peace of mind. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be quite botheome.

I bought a 1 BHK here for my office staff. The location in Chakan is good for my business operations as it's close to the Talegaon-Chakan Road and Chakan-Shikrapur Road. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is around 252 to 293 square feet, which is sufficient for single occupancy. Ready to move in was a big plus. They have closed car parking which is useful. The only issue I noticed is that the electrical meter room is quite small and might get cramped. Other than that, the construction seems decent for the price, though I haven't seen the price details. It’s a functional property.
