    We decided on 5 Star Royal Entrada Phase II because of its proximity to Podar International School, which is just a kilometer away. We have two children, and having a good school so close was a priority. We opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1125 Sq.ft. The price was about 1.4 Cr. The project offenice amenities like a gymnasium and a dedicated kids' play area, which our children enjoy. The Vastu compliant apartments were also a factor for us. The location in Bhumkar Nagar, Wakad is developing well. One point of concern is the maintenance charges, which seem a bit on the higher side, but the overall facilities might justify it. The rainwater harvesting is a good environmental feature.

We bought a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 880 Sq.ft, which is spacious enough for us. The price was in our budget, around 1.2 Cr. We love the Olympic-sized swimming pool and the steam room for relaxing after work. The landscaped gardens also add a nice touch to the environment. The only minor issue is that the car parking can feel a little tight, especially for visitoBut the 24x7 water supply is a big relief.
