The 2 BHK flat size is 1241 square feet, which is quite spacious for my needs. Being close to Sunrise Hospital Kochi, just 0 kilometeaway, is a major plus. The developer, Veega Land Develope, seems to have included essential amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which is nice. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on the Seaport - Airport Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it is manageable. The 3 BHK configurations are larger, but 2 BHK is sufficient for me. Ready to move in is also a big advantage.
