Having lived in Kochi for many yea, I wanted a peaceful place for retirement. Holy Lake View in Kakkanad caught my eye. The proximity to VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL is reassuring, and having Sacred Heart CMI Public School nearby is a good sign for community development. Being close to major roads like NH-47A is also helpful for occasional trips. I purchased a 3 BHK. The ready-to-move status was appealing as I didn't want to deal with construction delays. The rooms are adequately sized, but perhaps the balcony could have been a little larger for enjoying the view.
