We were particularly drawn to the location's accessibility; Mary Matha Public School is nearby, which is fantastic for our children. The apartment itself is spacious enough for our family, and we appreciate the thoughtful design. The only real drawback we've encountered is the dust and ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity, which is quite common in developing areas like Kakkanad. We are hoping this settles down soon. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the move.
