The price point is around 52.49 Lakhs, which is a significant investment, but I trust Environ Buildeand Developeto deliver quality. The key amenities like lifts, water storage, and Vitrified Tile Flooring are important for their comfort. The location opposite Chandola Lake is quite scenic. My only reservation is the lack of available information on OC received, but I am proceeding with the purchase based on the builder's reputation and the project's features.

Our main priority was proximity to good schools, and Best High School is only close to Zahra, which is fantastic. We purchased a 3 BHK, which is quite spacious at 1629 sq.ft. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which was manageable. Environ Buildeand Developeincluded a sports facility and a landscaped garden, which the kids are really enjoying. The underground water tank and water conservation features are also good for a family. The entrance lobby feels welcoming. We are happy with the space and facilities for the children.
