My husband works in the IT sector and the proximity to Shahpur Metro Station, a short distance, makes his commute much easier. We also liked that Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Ahmedabad is also a short distance, which is great for future planning. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road near the railway crossing can get a bit heavy during peak houOverall, the location and space are good for the price.
