The location near Rambaugh Char Rasta is decent, and it’s good that Narayana Hospital is so close. Lalan Developer Pvt Ltd completed this project in 2016, and we moved in shortly after. The biggest challenge has been the traffic congestion on Maninagar roads, especially during peak houIt takes longer than expected to get anywhere sometimes. We are still adjusting to the noise levels from the main road. The price was manageable for us.
