One thing I appreciate is the 24x7 water supply and the security with CCTV surveillance. The construction seems solid, and the common areas like the landscaping and tree planting are well-maintained. My only minor concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes. Other than that, it's a comfortable living space.
