The price was around 1.45 Crore, which is what I had budgeted. It's located off Cheruparampath Road, which feels like a good neighborhood. The construction was completed in December 2012, and it’s ready to move into. I really liked the swimming pool and the children's play area. The AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Seems like a reputable builder. Getting WiFi access was easy. My only small worry is about parking availability if I get a second car later on.
