We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and chose Golden Kayaloram. We bought a 3 BHK, which is about 1695 square feet built up. K P Varkey and V S Buildedelivered this project a while back, it was completed in June 2012. It's ready to move which was a key factor for us. The location in Kadavanthra is quite good, close to essential places. We liked the rain water harvesting system and the power backup facility. The price was on the higher side, around 72.45 Lakh to 81.0 Lakh, but we felt the investment in our own home was worth it. The only downside is that parking can be a little tight.

We also liked the idea of a swimming pool and good landscaping. The price was around 81.0 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our expectations, but the size and location seemed to justify it. It's ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly. We're still exploring the neighbourhood.

The location in Kadavanthra is central and peaceful enough. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex feel serene. Having power backup is essential, and they have that. The price was reasonable for a ready-to-move flat. My only small concern is that the OC received date isn't readily available, but it was completed in 2012, so it should be fine. Overall, it’s a decent place.

We were looking for a place close to Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Golden Kayaloram is literally next door, which is amazing for us. The hospital is also at nearby, so that's very convenient. We got a 4 BHK which is about 1800 square feet built up. The kids have space to play and there's landscaping. Power backup is also a good amenity to have, especially during monsoon season. The only issue is that Kadavanthra traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but being this close to schools makes it worth it. The developer, K P Varkey and V S Builde, seems to have delivered a solid building.
