The budget was between 81.5 Lakh and 84.5 Lakh, which felt competitive for the Ahmedabad market. The main drawback I’ve noticed is the dust and traffic noise from the main road, which can be a bit much during peak houHowever, the 24X7 water supply is a standard amenity that tenants appreciate. It’s a decent investment with some minor environmental compromises.

The proximity to Apollo Hospital International Limited, nearby, is reassuring for health needs. The price range of 81.5 Lakh to 84.5 Lakh was on the higher side, but the quality of construction and the spaciousness of the flat justify it for me. The 24X7 water supply is a crucial amenity that works without fail. The only minor annoyance is the approach road, which isn't the widest. Still, it’s a comfortable and well-built residence.
