We recently moved into B Anand Square. The senior citizen siteout is very peaceful, and I enjoy spending my mornings there. The gymnasium is well-equipped for staying active. We bought a 2 BHK apartment, approximately 1200 Sq.ft, for about 45 Lakh. The location in North West Ahmedabad is quiet, away from the main city hustle, which we appreciate. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. While the project itself is good, I wish they had provided the completion date and OC status more clearly. It's a minor point, but important for long-term planning.
