We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade to Ashraya 10 Phase 1. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 707 square feet. It feels spacious enough for our growing family. Ashraya Homes has included a children's play area and a creche, which are great for our kids. The project is ready to move, so we can start living here soon. The interior finishes like vitrified tiles in living and dining areas look good. The only minor drawback is the parking space, it feels a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, it's a decent place.
