The location is decent, close to Harlur Road and not too far from Manipal Hospital Sarjapur Road, which is important for their health. I am considering a 2 BHK or 3 BHK for them. Since I am oveeas, I need a builder I can trust. Reputed Builder has a good name, so that’s a plus. I haven't visited the site yet but the nearby Bellandur Road Railway Station being nearby is convenient for them if they need to travel. I need to undetand more about the construction status and expected completion date. The lack of specific area details for the flats is a bit concerning, but I will trust Reputed Builder to deliver quality.
