Our primary focus was finding a comfortable home for our family with easy access to schools, and this project is close to ORCHIDS The International School. The availability of a children's play area was a big draw for us, and the jogging track is great for morning walks. The building has lifts and a power backup system, which are crucial for a family. Smaart Buildealso provided 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The area around Kasavanahalli is developing well, and we feel it’s a good place to raise our kids. The flat is ready to move, which was very convenient for our relocation.

The main reason was that it's ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after the paperwork. The project has a jogging track and a gymnasium, which I plan to use regularly. The clubhouse is also a nice addition. I found the location quite convenient, being only close to ORCHIDS The International School. The only drawback I've noticed is that the roads leading to the project can be a bit congested during peak houOtherwise, Smaart Buildeseems to have provided decent amenities for the price.
