The project by Astro Builde& Developehas been completed, and it's ready to move in. The proximity to Sarjapur Road, nearby, is advantageous for connectivity. I found the layout to be functional. The presence of indoor squash and badminton courts, along with a swimming pool, adds to the lifestyle appeal. My only minor reservation is that the parking area seemed a bit congested, especially for visitor vehicles. However, the overall offering seems solid for the price.

The location in Kasavanahalli is decent, not too far from Sarjapur Road which is important for our commutes. The amenities are quite good, especially the swimming pool and gymnasium. We checked out the indoor games area too, seems fun for weekends. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 72.78 Lakh for our unit, but we felt the space and amenities justified it. Parking is available, which is a big plus.
