Relocating to Bengaluru for work at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, which is conveniently close to Windsor Prime Corner. This made the decision very easy. The 1246 square feet 2 BHK is a comfortable size for me as I am living alone. It’s ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The maintenance staff seems quite diligent. I also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system implemented by Windsor Builde& DevelopeThe area itself, Kodichikkanahalli, is developing well. My only concern would be the connectivity to other parts of the city; while Hosur Road is close, reaching Jayadeva Metro Station is over 3 kilomete, which might be a bit far for daily use depending on your needs.

This is my fit property purchase and I found Windsor Prime Corner in Bommanahalli. I liked the idea of a ready-to-move-in flat. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1574 square feet, which seemed like a good size for future expansion. The project has been completed since June 2005, so it’s an established property. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for when friends visit. My only slight worry is the construction quality feels a bit dated in some common areas. Parking can also be a bit of a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle. I am hoping the maintenance staff keeps things in good shape.

We just moved into Windsor Prime Corner about two months ago. The 1246 square feet 2 BHK felt spacious enough for us as a young couple. It's great that ORCHIDS The International School is literally nearby, very convenient for future planning. The landscaping is also quite nice, makes the common areas pleasant. However, the traffic on Bommanahalli Main Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, especially trying to get onto Hosur Road. It adds a short distance our commute. The rain water harvesting system is a good feature though. Overall, it’s a decent place for the price we paid, but the commute is a definite consideration.

We chose Windsor Prime Corner mainly because of its proximity to schools. Having ORCHIDS The International School right at nearby distance was a huge factor for us with two young children. The children's play area is also a good spot for them to spend time outdoowithin the community. The 1574 square feet 3 BHK offeplenty of room for our family. Apollo Hospitals is also very close, which provides peace of mind. The overall ambiance is quite pleasant with the landscaping and tree planting. The only downside is that the noise from the nearby highway, NH 44, can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. But overall, we are happy with the location and amenities.
