We recently moved into Hexa Sun Rise, a 3 BHK flat measuring about 1500 sq.ft. Our main reason for choosing this place was its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is nearby, making the school run much easier. The built-up area is generous, giving our kids enough space to play inside. We appreciate the swimming pool and the multipurpose room for community activities. The price point, around 52 Lakh, was acceptable for a family home in Bangalore. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The only thing we are still adjusting to is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Hexa Sun Rise. I got a 2 BHK which is 1250 sq.ft. The price was around 50 Lakh, which was manageable for me. I liked that it's ready to move in so I didn’t have to wait for construction. The Children's Play Area is good for families. The location in Bommanahalli is decent, with schools nearby. The builder, Hexa Builde, seems to have completed the project a while back in 2012. I did notice that the parking area seems a little congested, which might be an issue during peak times. Otherwise, the overall feel of the place is quite positive for a fit-time buyer like myself.
