The apartment size is about 1150 square feet, which feels substantial for a fit home. The developer, Carp Properties, completed this project in 2011, so it’s a known quantity. Having a club house and a swimming pool are bonuses I didn't expect at this price point. Connectivity to Hosur Road is decent. My main hesitation was the price range going up to 54.34 Lakh for larger 3 BHKs, which felt a bit steep. Also, the lack of an OC certificate is slightly concerning for a fit-time buyer like myself.
