We bought a 1125 square feet plot in Wave Estate Block D. Being IT professionals, we needed a place with good connectivity and amenities. The location in Sector 99, Sector 85 is decent, close to Phase 1 Mohali Bus Terminal. We liked the idea of a gated community with club house facilities. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the safety aspect. The plot size is manageable for us as we plan to build a compact home. The main concern for us is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it’s near major roads. But the ready-to-move status and the overall infrastructure by Wave Estate are promising for our fit joint investment.

The project by Wave Estate is a gated community, and the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are excellent. Having Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital and Smart WondeSchool practically at the dootep (0 KM) is a significant advantage for the area's future growth. The availability of power backup is also a critical amenity. While the plot size offeimmense scope for development, the overall price point, although not disclosed to me directly, seemed a bit on the higher side compared to surrounding areas. Still, the developer's track record and the location make it a calculated risk.

The community is gated with 24x7 security, which is reassuring. It's great that Smart WondeSchool and Shalby Hospital are within 0 kilometeHowever, the access road to the project could be improved; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially with larger vehicles. The power backup facility is also a valuable amenity for essential services. Wave Estate has a reputation, and this project looks well-maintained.
