We decided to upgrade from our rented apartment and chose Puma One Rise P 1. We looked at a 3 BHK which has a carpet area between 1066 and 1290 square feet. The space is fantastic compared to our old place. Puma RealtoPrivate Limited finished this project back in June 2014, so it was great to move into a property that was already established. The location in Sector 99, Sukhgarh is quite accessible, with Sohana Hospital and Shivalik Public School being very close. My only slight reservation is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes filteinto the apartment, even though it’s a short distance. But the overall space and convenience make up for it.
