    We recently moved into our 3 BHK apartment at One Rise in Sector 99, Mohali. The built-up area is quite large, ranging from 1511 to 2427 square feet, so we have plenty of room. Being in the IT sector, we needed good connectivity and the location is decent, though traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak houWe love the amenities like the swimming pool and the cricket pitch. It's great to have a place to unwind after work. The price was on the higher side, around 1.2 Cr for our unit, but it’s ready to move in. One Group has provided good quality construction so far. The internet connectivity is also quite stable, which is essential for our work-from-home needs.

The project has a lot of family-friendly amenities like a skating rink and an amphitheater, which our kids are excited about. The 24x7 water supply and security are also very reassuring. The price for our unit was approximately 85 Lakh. The only minor issue is the dust during construction phases in nearby areas, but that’s common in developing sectoOne Group seems to be managing it well.
